Haringey’s Local Plan: Strategic Policies was adopted by the council in 2013, to replace the Unitary Development Plan (UDP) - with subesquent alterations adopted on the 24 July 2017.


Haringey council has prepared a Development Management Development Plan Document (DPD) which sets out planning policies to help determine which developments are granted planning permission in Haringey. It was adopted by the council on the 24 July 2017.


Haringey council has prepared a Site Allocations Development Plan Document (DPD) that sets out sites where the council expects significant developments to happen from now until 2026, along with a broad idea of what kind of buildings could be built there.
